Summer Leadership Intensive

I’m excited that the ALIA2017 Summer Leadership Intensive is approaching! “Authentic Leadership in Action: Engaging the Differences That Divide Us.” Our team is working hard to make this a powerful experience for all participants. You will find a safe yet challenging place to stretch your way of thinking and open to possibilities for leading with more success in your organization. The curriculum is leading-edge, deeply personal and highly engaging. This unique leadership development experience not only expands your thinking and skills, but also connects you to a talented network of professionals

Deep Dive Modules

I invite you to take a look at the web page and to read about the deep dive modules offered by our outstanding faculty: Leticia Nieto, Arawana Hayashi, Gaylon Ferguson, Aftab Erfan, & Susan Skjei. The Intensive brings together expertise in the practices of conflict engagement and resolution, authentic leadership, and mindfulness. Drawing from proven methodologies, the seasoned faculty team brings a multi-faceted approach to engaging with differences. Far from just adding another “tool in your toolbox,” this event is intentionally designed to work at a deeper level of thinking and acting in the world. Also, Adam Kahane will join us virtually to share what he learned while writing his latest book, “Collaborating With the Enemy.”

Welcoming Authentic Leadership Community

If you’re curious about ALIA and want to learn a little more, read some of my older posts about my experiences. Also, I’m happy to have a conversation with anyone who would like to know why I’m putting my energy into this community. Some partial scholarships are still available, and you are invited to apply!

After the Intensive, you might want to consider joining the ongoing Community of Practice. More information will be available in June in Tacoma! I hope to see you there.
