My Work in the World

- Stretch myself at specialized trainings or workshops (Compassionate Listening, Art of Hosting, Poetry with David Whyte, Improvisation with Matt Smith, Holacracy, Roots & Shoots Multicultural training at GRuB, Radical Responsiblity with Fleet Maull)
- Host the First Wednesday Conversation in Olympia
- Am part of the Powers of Leadership seasonal retreat community at The Whidbey Institute
- Have been part of a team in the PNW offering Authentic Leadership in Action (ALIA) programs in our region, including several Summer Leadership Intensives
- Helped found (2016) and continue to steward the Authentic Leadership Community of Practice in the Seattle region
- Served on the board of Garden Raised Bounty (GRuB) in Olympia for 10 years
